Symbolon-Profile
The Symbolon-Profile includes 5 areas and is done electronically. It will take you about 5 minutes to complete the form.

After completion of your profile you get a 30 page report which is reflected and discussed in a personal meeting with your consultant Esther Erni-Keusch. The profile will be worked through result oriented and with regards to your current challenges and situations at work, tailor made according to your individual requirements. This will take about 1 1/2 hours.
